Finsssss to the left! Finssss to the right! I ate at Fins on both of my solo travel nights!

Not sure if my travel bud and I were just kind of sick of each other or were feeling different styles while together, but we spent two nights on our own, which, honestly, was perfect for me. Both nights, I spent at Fins, a tapas and cocktail bar away from the mediocre main drag of La Palma. It really delivered both times and I would be happy to eat here every single night of my next time in Mallorca.

First up, the gintots were citrus-heavy and huge. Tick, tick.

The house salad, which I enjoyed on both visits was truly incredible. Bruleed goat cheese that was sweet and well in contrast with a tangy dressing and fresh fruits and veggies. Truly, something I could eat daily and look forward to attempt at recreating at home.

The pan con tomate was also an absolute dream. Really, the salad and bread combo were the perfect meal.

At one point, I also tried the octopus, but was very nice and a vast improvement to any that I’d had yet, but was really a full meal and left me positively stuffed. Bring a friend to Fins!
