Rarely a cookie recipe comes along – from a supermodel, no less- that truly blows your mind. This recipe is absolute, indulgent perfection! Sweet, salty, crunchy, chewy… Ms. Teigan nails it, the it being my waist line, but totally worth ‘it.’


Chrissy’s White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
- 2.5 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1.5 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 sticks of butter, cold and cut into small chunks
- 2 eggs
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1.5 c. white chocolate chips/chunks
- 1 c. salted, roasted macadamia nuts, chopped
- Flaky sea salt
- Combine flour, baking soda, sea salt. Set aside.
- With an electric mixer, combine brown sugar, white sugar, and butter until fluffy, about four minutes.
- Add in egg and vanilla and stir another minute.
- Slowly add in the flour mixture until just incorporated.
- Stir in the chocolate and nuts.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Drop large-ish dough balls onto the sheet and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Bake on parchment lined sheets for 15 minutes.
