Nyon hosts an “American diner” after the owners fell in love with American breakfast, doing research by travelling all over the US taste testing pancakes. Not a bad gig. They brought their findings (and a whole lot of memorabilia) back to Nyon for the good people of this town begging for some stars and stripes.

Basically you can eat pancakes or burgers. You see which route I took, but I hope the pancakes have a flag in them too.

While the burger was good.. skip the cheese if you don’t like it too American (ick)… but the real star was the sweet potato fries. Find me a bit of ranch and maybe a (gasp) beer and I could definitely make this a regular visit. Happy Days, indeed.
