As soon as we arrived in Verbier, we basically just made a beeline for The Shed, awaiting it’s opening hours. During that time we ran into a couple friends who were dutifully the first customers there because they “dream about this place.” I can see way.
Classic American rock music supports a just dark and industrial enough interior to enjoy towering burgers and bowls of different types of salty fries without abandon. Now I’m dreaming about this gritty perfection too.

Imagine- food with flavor…in Switzerland! Sweet potato and spicy fries both worked well with the jalapeno dipping sauce. Now I just can’t decide which I like better.

The Mount Cheesius burger was a site to behold.

There has never been a better use for raclette cheese than alongside fresh pickles, caramelized onions, and perfectly cooked beef stuffed inside a towering bun.
