Figgy Goat Cheese
- One log of goat cheese (even better if it’s goat cheese with honey)
- ~1/2 c. diced pistachios
- ~2 T. honey
- ~3 T. fig jam, lightly heated
- Take goat cheese and delicately remove any heavy wax/coating.
- Roll goat cheese log in diced pistachios.
- Drizzle with honey, then fig jam.
