A few years ago, I made The Edinburgh Grand my homebase for a quick work trip. I fell hard for the aesthetic, enormous terrace, and fun restaurant and bars of the property. Fast forward….Covid…and I was back in the UK for work. I was elated to find that The Edinburgh Grand picked up an extra name ‘Cheval’ and decreased in price from the company recommended work hotel (souless Sheraton). There was no reference to chevaux/horses….but, I’m still not complaining…just look at this gorgeous room!
