There’s a new (to me) must-have treat in Paris- Popelini! Golf-ball sized confections of choux pastry and cream with a wee extra sugary disk on top. I ran into them on IG and knew I had to test drive and damn, did they ever deliver. Salted caramel was my game but of course it was a toss up with citrus. Be sure to add a Popelini stop on your next Paris trip. Upon returning home, my friend and I had already wished we’d purchased a flock of them to-go.
