Hotel Bennett- Charleston

Macaron Quartet: Old school glamour, gorgeous design, and good service.

Spent an absolutely smashing weekend at Hotel Bennett in Charleston last week. The new property, former library, was just stunningly pretty. Incredible light fixtures, grand spaces, and girly details abounded making it feel decidedly southern.

The champagne bar was a particular favorite space even though I failed to have a glass here!

The rooftop bar was a sunny, gentleman’s library adjacent to the pool.

The room was small, but luxurious. The bed was comfy, but could use a duvet.

Sliding ‘ahem’ mirrored doors into the bathroom snuck a peek a very glamorous tub.

I mean… how could you not sip some bubbly in this gorgeous space. This is some real daily inspiration to all other bathrooms.

There was a shower too, but it had nothing on the tub.

The whole room was controlled via this delightful tv app- blinds, lights, cooling, you name it! So fancy!

The Hotel Bennett definitely has my vote for future Charleston visits. I’d usually go for something like the Dewberry or Restoration for my next visit, but Bennett was quite a nice surprise- absolutely gorgeous spaces, coupled with excellent service. Go to here. Or, at least to the champagne bar since I missed it.
